The Swedish pancakes do look quite impressive! I am a bit confused about what Matt fried them in. I need to talk to him about that. It doesn't look like a crepe pan or a Swedish pancake pan. Is it really curved on the bottom or am I not looking at the right cooking utensil. Anyway, we need to get together soon. I was so sorry to miss the Birthday Celebration Sunday. I'll bet you all had a great time. Dick had to be at church all day. He didn't get home until 4:30 in the afternoon. Besides, I was hurting too badly after my horrendous fall in Dallas.
